Baggage investigation and baggage damage
You have lost something on the plane, your luggage has not arrived or you want to claim damage?
In this case, your airline is your point of contact. Some airlines offer an online loss report or contact by e-mail before you arrive at the airport. Please keep all flight documents, especially your boarding pass and baggage claim tag, in a safe place.
Baggage tracking
Please report the delay of your baggage directly to your airline. There you can check the status of your baggage tracing, as well as adjust your delivery address and contact information.
In order to guarantee a speedy processing, we need the following information:
- Name
- Flight number and day
- Route
- Baggage section number
- short description of the luggage
- address
- phone number
Airline contact person:
Your contact person for the respective airline is sorted by groups and access points. First search for your airline to find the right contact and local access. Alternatively, you can contact the Lost & Found office by e-mail.
