You have lost something on the plane, your luggage has not arrived or you want to claim damage?
Then your airline is your contact. With some airlines, you can report your loss online or send an email to the representative before heading to the airport. Please keep all flight documents, especially your boarding pass and baggage tag.
Baggage tracking
Please report the delay of your baggage directly to your airline. There you can check the status of your baggage tracing, as well as adjust your delivery address and contact information.
Your responsible contact person of the respective airline has been divided into different groups and accesses. Please search for your airline first so that you can find your correct contact person and their access on site. Alternatively, you can reach the responsible Lost & Found office by e-mail.
