Supply Chain Act (“Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz” or “LkSG”)
Reporting channels pursuant to Supply Chain Act
Through quality, reliability and professionalism, Hamburg Airport has established a strong reputation that extends well beyond the borders of northern Germany.
The foundation for this impeccable standing is built on our strong commitment, the high ethical standards we impose on ourselves and our business partners, and on responsible corporate leadership. We are committed to open, transparent and fair dealings throughout our day-to-day business operations.
In this context, we have established the necessary and appropriate internal Grievance Handling Procedure pursuant to the Supply Chain Act (LkSG) for Flughafen Hamburg Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung and its majority holdings.
The Grievance Handling Procedure enables persons to provide information on risks to, and breaches of, human rights or environmental obligations resulting from business activities of a company within their own business unit or a direct or indirect supplier.
Reports and grievances may be lodged, optionally with anonymity, either online at Grievance Handling (osapiens.cloud) or in writing by post to:
Flughafen Hamburg GmbH
LkSG Reporting
Flughafenstrasse 1-3
22335 Hamburg
Reports received, and especially the identity of persons making such reports, will be treated confidentially!
Members of the Grievance Handling team guarantee impartial treatment of reports; they are independent, bound to confidentiality, and not subject to instruction in these matters.
The procedure for Grievance Handling pursuant to LkSG is available for viewing here: Grievance Handling (osapiens.cloud).
