A lounge ticket generally entitles the holder to access the airport lounge at the booked time. However, guaranteed access cannot be assured in all cases.
Access depends on current occupancy and operational conditions. In exceptional cases, access may therefore be restricted or temporarily unavailable.
Older versions of our gift cards still show an expiration date. You can ignore this expiration date. The gift card will be accepted in any case and does not need to be exchanged.
