Hamburg Airport Lounge

The entrance fee for adults is 47,00€. 
Children aged 3 to 12 pay 16,00 € and children up to 2 years of age can enter the Lounge free of charge.

A reservation or prepayment is not necessary. You are welcome to simply visit us and pay the entrance fee at the lounge front desk when checking in. We accept payment by credit or debit card.

In many cases, you may be able to enter the lounge earlier or later, depending on current occupancy and availability. Please note, however, that access can be granted no more than three hours before departure. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend that you stick to your reserved time slot as much as possible.

The time slots help us manage the lounge's occupancy levels optimally and ensure that all guests have a pleasant experience.  

Yes, you can easily purchase a gift certificate through our booking platform on our website. To redeem it, you must convert the gift certificate into a ticket with a specific time slot.

If you purchase a gift certificate that you'd like to give as a gift, feel free to enter your own information at checkout. The recipient can then enter their own name when redeeming it for a ticket.  

A lounge ticket generally entitles the holder to access the airport lounge at the booked time. However, guaranteed access cannot be assured in all cases.
Access depends on current occupancy and operational conditions. In exceptional cases, access may therefore be restricted or temporarily unavailable.

Older versions of our gift cards still show an expiration date. You can ignore this expiration date. The gift card will be accepted in any case and does not need to be exchanged.

Our lounge vouchers have no expiration date. They are not limited to a certain date of name.
