Has your luggage been damaged? Immediate help is available here! Numerous replacement parts for many brands are kept in stock, so that damage can be repaired immediately on site. Should the repair take longer, a replacement case is available on loan. And if your luggage is damaged beyond economical repair, an appropriate assessment will be provided and, where possible, a new item of luggage, of equivalent value, will be issued.
