The Welcome Center at Hamburg Airport is both service and information center. As well as information for tourists and business travellers, the center is focussed on services to make your travel and your stay in Hamburg more pleasant.
Our service personnel are happy to help you regardless of what your enquiry, from event tips and hotel recommendations for Hamburg and the surrounding area, tickets for events and public transport, all the way to services available at the airport. Lost & Found is also located at the Hamburg Airport Welcome Center.

We want to help make your journey as relaxed as possible. To this end, Hamburg Airport offers the following services:
As an event organizer, you receive your guests directly in the middle of baggage claim (opposite baggage carousel 7) at a fixed counter. This means you are not exposed to the hustle and bustle of the public area. You are visible to every arriving guest. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with the assistance of our friendly passenger service staff.
Price per counter per day: 800,00€
All prices include the legal value added tax.
An inductive hearing system for passengers with hearing impairments has been installed at the Hamburg Welcome Center (Arrivals, Airport Plaza, Level 0) and at the pier information desk (security area, between Gates A17 and A18).
