To ensure the best possible access to our services, the Welcome Center can be reached from both the public area of the airport and from baggage reclaim. Please note the different locations and opening hours of the Hamburg Airport Welcome Center for passengers and airport visitors.
The Welcome Center at Hamburg Airport is both service and information center. As well as information for tourists and business travellers, the center is focussed on services to make your travel and your stay in Hamburg more pleasant.
Our service personnel are happy to help you regardless of what your enquiry, from event tips and hotel recommendations for Hamburg and the surrounding area, tickets for events and public transport, all the way to services available at the airport. Lost & Found is also located at the Hamburg Airport Welcome Center.
