Mandatory test requirements extended to ALL arrivals:

Until May 14, 2021, the mandatory test requirement applies to everyone arriving in Germany from abroad. Any person wishing to travel to Germany by plane must present a negative coronavirus test result to the airline before departure. Carriage is not permitted without a negative test result. The mandatory test requirement previously applied only to persons travelling from risk areas.
