Fly from winter to the sunshine: Today, Condor celebrated the inaugural flight on its new connection from Hamburg to Agadir. It’s been a long time since the city on Morocco’s Atlantic coast was served with a direct flight from Hamburg, but it has now returned to Hamburg Airport’s route network. Condor is operating the weekly service to Agadir on Tuesdays. Condor has extended its winter sun network from Hamburg with three other destinations, too: Mallorca, Antalya and Jerez de la Frontera.

“We are thrilled to see Condor adding another destination to its extensive Hamburg route network,” says Dr. Jörgen Kearsley, Director Aviation Marketing at Hamburg Airport. “Agadir is an attractive destination for beach holidays for our passengers, especially in the winter season. I am certain that this new service will be well received.”

Lively port city and starting point for beach holidays
The port city of Agadir is on the Atlantic coast in the south of Morocco, making this popular holiday destination an ideal starting point for trips to Morocco’s beach resorts. Morocco’s Atlantic coast is lined with broad sandy beaches, and there are plenty of hotels and club resorts for sun-lovers to relax and swim. But Agadir, “the white city on the sea”, has plenty to offer tourists too. A bustling waterfront promenade with cafes, restaurants and bars attracts tourists, as do several golf courses and Agadir’s many historic sights.

From Hamburg’s winter to popular beach resorts with Condor
Condor has a number of additions for Hamburg’s sun lovers in the winter season.
